Our goal is to ensure that Pradanest is the perfect fit for you and that you will integrate well into a community of 20 other like-minded families.

Unfortunately, we can't accept all families and individuals who wish to join. We strive to identify and exclude those who may have difficulty integrating into a community..

The First Meeting with Other Families

The Founding Meeting
At the founding meeting, the first families come together. All attendees have previously completed a coffee meeting and signed the reservation contract..
Each family introduces themselves, sharing a bit about who they are, their background, and family dynamics. Families also discuss their interests and reasons for joining Pradanest. This meeting is conducted online, but families are welcome to attend in person at our office..
One week after the founding meeting, the group is formally incorporated, and you'll be asked to pay your share into the group's bank account. The process then begins to find and create the five dream holiday homes..

Late Joining
If you are joining an established owner's group, we will arrange a call with some or all current members after the coffee meeting so you can introduce yourself. Following this introduction, you'll be asked to pay your share within a week..

We Will Keep You Updated

Ongoing Updates
Once your owner's group is created and the search for your five holiday homes begins, we will provide regular updates on the progress. Until all five holiday homes are operational, you will receive updates on the property search, renovations, finances, and more..
Regular photos and videos will document this exciting process. Each owner group will have its own Pradanest blog where new information will be posted regularly. Updates may include property acquisitions, renovation progress, and other key developments..
We aim to keep you informed and confident throughout the process by maintaining comprehensive communication. We also invite you to regular dialogue meetings to address any questions or concerns..
